As quoted recently in DaySpring's worship guide:
The early followers of Jesus were referred to as "People of the Way." Perhaps it would be best to return to that. Instead of being called Christians, maybe we should be "People of the Way," so that our designation is a reminder that we're on a journey. We're following a way that leads us to some place new, where we become someone new, and the world might be different because of it.
Each Sunday this summer we were blessed to worship with many different churches. We are thankful for our lives intersecting on our journey of faith together and for all the prayers and encouragement you have given us. From each of these we took something special with us. Grace and peace to all of you, our family of faith.
