Yesterday we went with the church to Snagov (north of Bucharest) for a day at the "park." It's not really a park but a nice piece of land by the lake with fishing, tennis and basketball. The weather was beautiful as we sat in the shade and relaxed. There were about 50 people from the church there. We all pitched in for a barbecue and grilled some meat. It was so special to spend time with the church and relax together. Unfortunately I did not take any photos. We were distracted with relaxing and visiting. But I am sure you can imagine how great it was.
With a little more than a month remaining, we are thankful for the these memories and moments we can share with our Romanian brothers and sisters.
