Sorry for the interruption but as I was saying...Friday after rehearsal and after lunch with our pastor we spent the afternoon relaxing and getting ready for the Commissioning Service.
We met my cousins who live in Atlanta for dinner at McCormicks and Schmicks. The whole family was there and it was a great time to visit before heading over to the Assembly. Friday night of the Assembly was the Commissioning Service. This was a time for CBF to introduce the 19 new field personnel and a time for the people in the audience to offer blessings on us. This truly was a special and humbling experience.
Saturday CBF held a breakfast to honor the families of the field personnel. And then the General Assembly was over. We said our goodbyes to family and friends, made our way back to the room to pack then catch the flight back to Dallas.
Thank you to all our family who could be there. It truly meant a lot to us! We love you!!!
