One of my birthday presents this year was all the ingredients you need for a perfect Mexican dinner. Our bosses in Hungary came down for a visit and with them they brought all this great stuff in order to make a wonderful mexican dinner. This was perfect in so many ways! For instance, I am really trying to cook more and also, Wes' favorite food is Mexican. I also forgot to mention that Bucharest, a city with 2.5 million people, only has 1 mexican food restaurant (We haven't been yet, still too nervous).
So the other night I made chicken fajitas, refried beans, chips and salsa. It was awesome and all night Wes kept saying "This is the best meal since coming to Romania!" I am sure it wasn't because of my cooking, but the fact that he hasn't had decent Mexican food in 8 months! So, thank you Tammy and Ralph for the awesome birthday gift.
